Parents' page — lessons, cancellations and catch-ups
Enter your family code — it's on the welcome information from the Centre. If you've mislaid it, just ask and we'll give you a fresh one.
A cancelled lesson is still payable — the catch-up credit is the make-up, not a refund. Credits can be booked into in-person catch-up slots for 21 days; after that the Centre arranges a home catch-up instead. A lesson is never lost.
